Shipping and Handling Policy

As of March 2021, all orders will be shipping from Canada. A tracking number will be provided only for select countries. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Please buy at your own risk.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Please take care to read all the product descriptions.

The products will be packaged in polypropylene cello bags to protect the merchandise, and shipped in padded bubble mailers to ensure they arrive safely to you. In the event the items are improperly handled, the FPZ team is not responsible for any damage of packages during transit.

Please check that you have provided us with your correct shipping address. It is your responsibility to notify us of the change in address. If your package gets returned, or you fail to pick up the package, we unfortunately will not be able to provide a refund. Since this is our leftover stock, we will not be able to provide replacements if your package is not delivered or goes missing.
